Who controls your data

What we collect
First and last name, company or branch, email, mobile number, optional job title, entry time, consent choices and the version of the notices accepted. Temporary keyed hashes of network addresses are used to limit spam and login attempts.
Why we use it
We use entry information to administer the prize draw, prevent duplicate entries and contact the winner, based on our legitimate interests in running a fair draw. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate consent.
Retention
Draw records are retained for 90 days after the closing date, then removed using the app’s retention command. If you opt in, your details may be transferred to our marketing system and retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We do not sell attendee data.
Donations
Donations take place on PayPal and go to the recipient named on the donation page. This app does not collect card details or confirm payments. PayPal and the charity apply their own privacy notices. A donation is not required to enter.
Security
Data is stored on the promoter’s hosted server and is accessible to authorised administrators. Necessary session cookies keep this form and the admin login working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies in this app.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent by contacting wsmith@5gcomms.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
